Glass, Airless, and Improved: NEW Brow Bomber Packaging

Brow Lift 1 and Brow Lock 2 have a new look and feel!

BB AirTech is the new airless glass packaging used for our InLei® Brow Bomber line. Borosilicate, a pharmaceutical glass, is used in the production of the BB AirTech. It is much tougher and lighter than a normal glass and it reflects the premium quality of InLei®.

Why is it better than our previous packaging?

It represents a new philosophy of packaging that greatly reduces the environmental impact: less weight, less pollution during transport and disposal, resulting in less CO2.

The airless design features an airtight lower valve that maintains product freshness, creating a vacuum-like environment until the last drop. Its protective pump has an internal valve that prevents air filtration, ensuring product integrity.

The high quality pharmaceutical grade glass bottle is sleek, and features a soft touch satin/ matte finish. It is visually stunning and since glass is inert, it is the most compatible material with chemical formulas as it does not interact with the product in any way.

It has patented vacuum controls and each bottle undergoes rigorous testing to ensure airtightness and compliance.

How is it made?

It is created through an innovative process that starts from a single glass tube that is heated, then with special tools, the mouth of the bottle is obtained, then it is cut.

The lower valve is created in a special material that adheres completely to the sides of the glass bottle eliminating any contact with air. When using BB AirTech, the valve goes up by transporting the product to the mouth and the product remains as if in a vacuum until the last drop.

The pump also has an internal valve that is activated once the dispenser is pressed and it closes immediately once the product is dispensed. This ensures that the product is protected and air is not allowed to infiltrate meaning that, between the valve and the spout there is only the product and no air!

BB AirTech has been designed thanks to a patented technology and at the moment unique in the world of airless bottles. Each bottle is carefully checked and examined through special machines that make the vacuum controls. This ensures a quality bottle and product every single time.
