As part of the purchasing and selling process, we collect personal information such as your name, address, and email address when you make a purchase from our shop.

When you browse our store, we also automatically acquire your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to give us with information about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 4 – ECWID

Our e-commerce platform is Shopify. They provide an e-commerce platform that enables us to sell you our products and services online.

Your data is stored via Shopify's data storage, databases, and the Shopify program as a whole. Your information is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you use a direct payment method to make your purchase, Shopify keeps your credit card information. It is encrypted by means of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction details are only saved as long as necessary to fulfill your purchase. After this is accomplished, your purchase transaction details are destroyed.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the PCI-DSS guidelines governed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint initiative of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS regulations ensure that our store and its service partners handle credit card information securely.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, our third-party service providers will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to provide the services they are contracted to perform.

Certain third-party service providers, including payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are obligated to disclose to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Once you leave our store's website or are forwarded to a third-party website or application, this Privacy Statement and our website's Terms of Service no longer apply.

Using Google Analytics:

Our store uses Google Analytics to determine who visits our website and which pages are viewed.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY

To secure your personal information, we take reasonable efforts and adhere to industry best practices to prevent it from being lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed illegally.

If you supply us with your credit card information, we encrypt it using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and store it using AES-256 encryption. SECTION 7 – COOKIES – Compliant with the GDPR

Here is a list of the cookies we employ. We've put them below so that you may choose whether or not to disable cookies.

_session id, unique token, sessional, Permits Ecwid to save your session information (referrer, landing page, etc).

_ecwid visit, no data kept, Persistent for thirty minutes after the previous visit, Used by the internal statistics tracker of our website provider to record the number of visits.

_ecwid uniq, which contains no data, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) the following day. Determines the number of retail visits made by a particular consumer.

_secure session id, unique token, sessional storefront digest, unique token, indefinite If the store has a password, it is utilized to determine if the present visitor has authorization to enter.

PREF, persistent for a relatively brief time frame, Google's system keeps track of who visits the store and from where.

SECTION 9 - GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Data Utilized: Refer to the relevant Google Analytics documentation for further information on the data it collects. For websites running Squarespace or Shopify with this feature concurrently and with all purchase tracking explicitly enabled, purchase events will send the following information to Google Analytics: order number, product id and name, product category, total cost, and quantity purchased. The site owner can enable the IP anonymization feature of Google Analytics.

This feature transmits page view events (and maybe video play events) to Google Analytics for tracking. Additional events are transmitted to Google Analytics for sites with Squarespace or Shopify-powered stores, including shopping cart additions and removals, product listing views and clicks, product detail views, and transactions.

Section 10 - CONSENT AGE

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you are the age of majority and you have given us your agreement to enable any of your minor dependents to use this site.

SECTION 11 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy statement is subject to change at any time, so please review it periodically. Upon their publication to the website, modifications and clarifications will become effective immediately. If we make major changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been amended, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and, if applicable, under what conditions we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell you products.
