Return Policy

All sales are considered final because of the nature of our work and the safety of our artists in the community. Due to the sterile nature of our products, we only accept returns if they are damaged or defective.

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your package. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.

Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.

Return Costs

The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy

Our orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours of receiving the order during regular business days. Shipping estimates that are displayed are estimated in transit days only and do not reflect processing times. Unfortunately, this can be delayed due to weather conditions or the shipping company itself.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated automatically by our shipping carriers based on the weight of your package. Shipping times are only estimates and do not include processing time.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 8 hours.

Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. If you require to return the entire order after it has been shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
InLei® Canada is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:
InLei® Canada is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your package is damaged, please provide photos of the damaged package so we may start the claim process. We will always work with you on shipping issues & to ensure you get your products in perfect condition.

Returned Packages: (Rejected or undeliverable)
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address is correct when placing the order and also that the address is deliverable.
A $20 restocking fee + return shipping costs will be applied.

Returned packages will not be re-shipped until the address has been verified & additional shipping charges & fees have been paid. It is the customers responsibility to cover the shipping costs for reshipping rejected packages, even if shipping was free on the order.

Returned packages do not qualify for a full refund.
