By training your entire team simultaneously in their own space, you ensure that every technician follows the exact same high-level protocol. It also allows our educators to provide feedback on your specific salon setup, lighting, and ergonomics, ensuring your team is optimized for success from day one.

Traditional training often requires staff to travel, incurring extra costs and removing them from the floor for multiple days. On-site training eliminates travel time and allows your team to learn in a familiar environment. Because the training is streamlined into a focused demo-style session, your staff can return to their regular schedules immediately after, equipped with the knowledge to implement new systems without the "re-entry" lag of off-site workshops.

To ensure every attendee can clearly see the nuances of the application and ask detailed questions, we maintain a strict ratio of no more than 10 students to 1 educator. This ensures a high-quality, intimate learning environment.

Yes. Providing models is the responsibility of the salon. To demonstrate the systems effectively, we require one model per service demo (e.g., one model for Lash Filler and one for Brow Bomber). Using models your staff is familiar with can also help them better understand the transformative results on "real-world" clients.

No. The training fee ($400 for a single service or $750 for both) covers the educators’ time, expertise, and travel expenses. To ensure your salon is fully equipped to perform these services after we leave, you will be required to purchase a Professional Salon Kit for Lash Filler, Brow Bomber, or both. This investment ensures your backbar is stocked with the authentic Italian-made products needed for premium results.

No. This on-site training is a professional demonstration of the InLei® systems; stylists are not individually examined or tested on their skills during this session.

• For official certification: If your artists require individual certification, the cost ranges from $399–$799 per person, per service.

• What’s included: This premium path includes an online learning portal, the choice of whether they would like to purchase a personal Master Kit, and the choice of in-person or online practical portion, resulting in an official InLei® certificate upon successful completion.

Technically, yes. InLei® is a revolutionary "2-in-1" system—Lash Filler, for example, is clinically proven to thicken the natural hair by up to 25% over three treatments. This allows you to market a premium, health-focused service. However, we recommend a strategic approach: research your local competitors and position your pricing at the higher end of your market without pricing yourself out of your specific demographic.

While InLei® Canada HQ is located on Vancouver Island, we have a network of certified educators across several provinces. However, because Canada is so vast, we do not yet have a dedicated trainer in every single region.

If you are located in a province without a local educator, we offer two flexible solutions to bring InLei® to your door:

• The "Group & Save" Option: To help minimize travel expenses for our salons, we aim to group multiple on-site sessions in the same region within a specific time frame. If we can coordinate your training with other nearby salons, the travel costs are shared across all participants, making it significantly more affordable for everyone.

• Individual Travel Requests: If you require a specific date or an immediate session, you have the option to cover the direct travel and accommodation costs for the Master Educator to fly to your location.
